GALILEO celebrated its fifth birthday in 2000! GALILEO usage exceeded 20 million by 2000. Home access for all Georgians (as registered public library patrons) was announced in 2000. The New Georgia Encyclopedia editors began commissioned articles in 2000. DOOR (Database of Online Resources) introduced in 2001. The Digital Library of Georgia debuted in 2000. Kids’ Page added in 2002. Georgia HomePLACE debuted with Vanishing Georgia in 2003.
