Small Systems Benefit from GALILEO

Sylvia Brumbelow, Media Specialist in Calhoun County Schools, says, “GALILEO is the greatest advance that I have seen in library science in my 28 years as a Media Specialist. Our teachers working on advanced degrees use GALILEO constantly. The fact that the needed resources are at their fingertips saves them time and travel. Regular students as well as our IB and AP students use the resources found there. Small systems like us would never be able to afford such a multitude of resources as those presented through GALILEO.” (2007-08)
