Description

Judy Serritella, Coordinator of Library Media Services at the Georgia Department of Education says, “I am a fan of GALILEO because for 15 years it has provided every student, teacher, administrator, parent, and citizen of Georgia with digital resources and information 24/7. The educationally sound databases level the playing field across the state from Waycross to Winder, Alma to Atlanta, Columbus to Calhoun and everywhere in between. Our state is fortunate to have GALILEO which offers relevant, reliable, and reputable results for students from pre-K to college. We simply cannot educate our students without resources of GALILEO. If it did not exist, Georgia’s universities, schools, and libraries would not be financially able to purchase these resources individually. If we didn’t have GALILEO in our schools and in our state, all of our citizens would feel the loss.”
