Description

The Civil Rights Digital Library was recently honored with the 2010 Schwartz Prize for excellence in the public humanities by the Federation of State Humanities Council. The Civil Rights Digital Library was developed through a collaboration of the Digital Library of Georgia, the library services office at the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, and the Georgia Humanities Council. The Digital Library of Georgia is part of the GALILEO initiative.
